Troubleshooting Card Declines

While we have successfully processed thousands of transactions globally, rare instances of card declines can occur, even with sufficient funds in your account. We are working with our payment provider to reduce card declines to zero, but here are some troubleshooting tips to get your payment to process successfully.

  • Try using alternate payment methods such as PayPal or Shop Pay.
  • Consider using an alternative card for your purchase.
  • Ensure you are not using a VPN during the order process, as your bank may flag the transaction as suspicious and decline it.
  • Verify with your bank whether your card is authorized for international payments.
  • Make sure the Postal/Zip Code on your credit card is the same as the one you are inputting at checkout.
  • Contact your bank and inquire about the declined transaction.
